The training philosophy developed at RFC combines the science of exercise with attention to the mind, body and soul of the individual. - Highly qualified professional trainers that are totally focused towards your fitness goals by maximizing your time efficiency on a one on one basis. Your trainer will design a program using a training style that considers your goals, level of fitness, and training history

​RFC Strength & Conditioning

This program combines rowing, power lifting, weightlifting, jumps, and sprinting to challenge general physical skills like strength, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, accuracy, power, balance, stamina, endurance, and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance.

Boot Camp Challenge –insanely intense session that mixes cardio, strength, and anaerobic training.

CORE Strengthening – a fabulous class for strengthening core muscle groups located in the torso and mid to lower back.
